Scanner Rentals
Scanners provide a quick and easy method of capturing the provider executive’s information as you speak with them during the conference. Simply scan the barcode on each provider executive’s badge, return your scanner to the HCP Registration desk at the end of the conference, and you will receive a spreadsheet via email with detailed contact information for every provider executive badge you scanned: full name, job title, facility, address, phone number, and email address.
Depending on your needs, scanners are available for either the entire conference or specific events. There are a limited number of scanners available and they are rented on a first-come, first-served basis (thus are non-refundable). So don’t delay – rent your scanner online today!
