Attendance Policy

No refunds or registration “roll-overs” for other Health Connect Partners, Inc. events are permitted. Registered individuals may transfer their registration to a substitute representative from their organization in the event that the registered individual is unable to attend. Notice must be given at least 5 days prior to the event. Health Connect Partners, Inc. assumes no liability for non-refundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations or additional costs incurred by registrants. Health Connect Partners, Inc. reserves the right to substitute presenters and re-schedule programs due to unforeseen events, catastrophic weather, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, or any other event out of the control of Health Connect Partners, Inc.

At each conference, Health Connect Partners reserves the right to employ professional photographers and videographers to document the conference for use in our marketing materials. As a result, your likeness may at some point appear in Health Connect Partners marketing or publicity materials. Additionally, certain information provided during the registration process may be available in HCP publications (such as the conference book) or on our website. Additional Opportunities

Supplier Showcase

For a limited number of supplier companies, each conference offers an additional opportunity to demo their products, services and technology for the provider executives from 12:00pm- 4:00 pm on opening day. The Supplier Showcase area is structured in 10'x10' showcases and located adjacent to the Provider Registration area, so the Provider executives enter the showcase immediately following their onsite registration. 

This is a very limited opportunity, so don't delay. Reserve your showcase today! 

** Please Note: The Supplier Showcase is designed to provide a limited number of supplier attendees with an opportunity to demonstrate their products, services and solutions for the provider executives. To maximize this experience for everyone, only Providers and Supplier attendees from companies with a showcase exhibit will be permitted into the showcase area. Please contact us to learn how you can participate.

*  Showcases are available on a first-come, first-served basis. When purchased online, you will be asked to choose up to three location preferences. HCP staff will finalize your location, making every effort to accommodate one of your choices, and will notify you within 2 business days of your assignment. If Premium or Corner locations were paid for but not available, the difference will be refunded in full.

Scanner Rentals

Scanners provide a quick and easy method of capturing the provider executive’s information as you speak with them during the conference. Simply scan the barcode on each provider executive’s badge, return your scanner to the HCP Registration desk at the end of the conference, and you will receive a spreadsheet via email with detailed contact information for every provider executive badge you scanned: full name, job title, facility, address, phone number, and email address.

Depending on your needs, scanners are available for either the entire conference or specific events. There are a limited number of scanners available and they are rented on a first-come, first-served basis (thus are non-refundable). So don’t delay – rent your scanner online today!

Full Conference Smart Scanner Rental $550
For Use on ALL DAYS at ALL EVENTS – Don’t miss an opportunity: capture data from every conversation you have until the end of the conference. This scanner is available for check out as soon as you pick up your badge on the first day and remains active until the end of the conference. Please note: a $650 security deposit will be placed as a  credit card hold during the onsite checkout process to insure the scanner. The hold will be released once the scanner is returned.
Reverse Expo Smart Scanner Rental $350
For Use Only on Days 2 & 3 at All Events – This scanner is available for check out on the second morning of the conference and remains active until the end of the conference. Please note: a $650 security deposit will be placed as a  credit card hold during the onsite checkout process to insure the scanner. The hold will be released once the scanner is returned.
