FAQs
After careful consideration, we have decided there will be no Health Connect Partners physical event held this fall.
Instead, we are refocusing our fall conferences to be held virtually.
We realize that the need for connection in our healthcare communities has never been greater, even though being in the same physical place is not possible for most of us this year. We look forward to bringing Providers and Suppliers together in our new virtual conference format to learn, connect, and support each other.
Our 2020 Virtual Fall Hospital Pharmacy Conference will be held October 26th – November 19th. Virtual Reverse Expo sessions will be held November 10th – 12th and November 17th – 19th from 8:00am – 5:00pm (Central).
We are excited to find new ways to foster those connections and we look forward to hosting you during this online event experience.
Please feel free to contact Nelson Hendry: 727-816-9700 with questions.
What is required of provider attendees to attend the virtual conference?
Provider attendance is on an invitation-only basis, and we evaluate each potential attendee individually before extending an invitation.
For our virtual spring conference, we request Provider attendees to participate in 4 hours of Virtual Reverse Expo sessions which can be scheduled at the times most convenient for you. That is the equivalent to the Reverse Expo sessions at our in-person conferences. The Fall Hospital Pharmacy Virtual Reverse Expo sessions will be held November 10th – 12th and November 17th – 19th between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm (CT).
Is CE credit available for the virtual educational sessions?
Yes, it is. Our Hospital Pharmacy Conference educational sessions are accredited through the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).
CE Credit is assigned based on registration & logins for each educational session. Please be sure to register for each session to ensure you receive credit for the sessions you attend, as the CE agency requires registration as proof of attendance for each virtual session. After the conference, please allow 6-8 weeks for your CE certificate to be uploaded to your NABP account.
What is an NABP # and why do I need one to receive CPE credit?
The CPE Monitor (a national, collaborative effort by the NABP and the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education) requires all pharmacists and technicians to obtain an e-Profile ID in order to receive credit for any CPE activities taken from ACPE-accredited entities. In order to provide CPE credit for attendance at our educational sessions, we will need to have each attendee’s NABP # on file. For more information on the CPE Monitor or to obtain your e-Profile ID, please visit their website. Once you have obtained your e-Profile ID, log into your "My HCP" account on our website. Simply click on "My Profile" from the menu on the left side of the screen once you've logged in, then enter the information in the appropriate fields.

Absolutely! The platform is still under development but in the coming days we will have specific information released that will provide a walk-through and tips for success. We will also be in touch with each of our virtual conference attendees in advance of their scheduled sessions to assist with trouble shooting and provide a practice run of the platform to ensure you are comfortable with the process. And if there are any questions on the day of your Virtual Reverse Expo sessions, our staff will be on standby to assist at any time.
