After careful consideration, we have decided there will be no Health Connect Partners physical event held this spring. Instead, we are refocusing our spring conferences to be held live online.
We realize that the need for connection in our healthcare communities has never been greater, even though being in the same physical place is not possible for most of us this year. We look forward to bringing Providers and Suppliers together in our new live online conference format to learn, connect, and support each other.
Our 2021 Spring Hospital Pharmacy Conference - LIVE ONLINE will be held April 12th - May 6th. Live Online Reverse Expo sessions will be held April 27th - 29th and May 4th - 6th from 8:00am – 5:00pm (Central).
We are excited to find new ways to foster those connections and we look forward to hosting you during this online event experience.

What is required of provider attendees to attend the live online conference?
Provider attendance is on an invitation-only basis, and we evaluate each potential attendee individually before extending an invitation.
For our live online spring conference, we request Provider attendees to participate in a minimum of 4 hours of Live Online Reverse Expo sessions which can be scheduled at the times most convenient for you. That is the equivalent to the Reverse Expo sessions at our in-person conferences. The Spring Hospital Pharmacy Live Online Reverse Expo sessions will be held April 27th - 29th and May 4th - 6th between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm (CT).
Is CE credit available for the live online educational sessions?
Yes, it is. Our Hospital Pharmacy Conference educational sessions are accredited through the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).
However you must request CE Credit in advance. If you are interested in receiving credit for the educational sessions, be sure to indicate this to us while you are logged into your "My HCP" account on our website. Simply click on "Your Profile" from the menu on the left side of the screen once you've logged in, then scroll down to the CE section and check "Yes". Alo be sure that your NABP # and Date of Birth are listed in your account.
After the conference, please allow 6-8 weeks for your CE certificate to be uploaded to your NABP account.
What is an NABP # and why do I need one to receive CPE credit?
The CPE Monitor (a national, collaborative effort by the NABP and the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education) requires all pharmacists and technicians to obtain an e-Profile ID in order to receive credit for any CPE activities taken from ACPE-accredited entities. In order to provide CPE credit for attendance at our educational sessions, we will need to have each attendee’s NABP # on file. For more information on the CPE Monitor or to obtain your e-Profile ID, please visit their website. Once you have obtained your e-Profile ID, log into your "My HCP" account on our website. Simply click on "My Profile" from the menu on the left side of the screen once you've logged in, then enter the information in the appropriate fields.

What are the dates for the Live Online Reverse Expo?
The Spring Hospital Pharmacy Live Online Reverse Expo sessions will be scheduled over six days:
- Tuesday, April 27th
- Wednesday, April 28th
- Thursday, April 29th
- Tuesday, May 4th
- Wednesday, May 5th
- Thursday, May 6th
Session times will be 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Central) each day and may be selected in one-hour blocks (i.e. from 10:00am – 11:00am on April 27th and 3:00pm – 4:00pm on April 29th). All times are posted in Central.
How does the Live Online Reverse Expo work?
Our Live Online Reverse Expo will facilitate one-on-one meetings in a custom platform developed specifically to foster connections between providers and suppliers – click here for a working preview of our platform. Each registered provider will select a minimum of 4 one-hour blocks of Live Online Reverse Expo sessions (up to a maximum of 8 one-hour blocks) which can be scheduled at the times most convenient for you during the six-day Reverse Expo sessions (i.e. from 10:00am – 11:00am on April 27th and 3:00pm – 4:00pm on April 29th).
