After careful consideration, we have decided there will be no Health Connect Partners physical event held this spring. Instead, we are refocusing our spring conferences to be held live online.

We realize that the need for connection in our healthcare communities has never been greater, even though being in the same physical place is not possible for most of us this year. We look forward to bringing Providers and Suppliers together in our new live online conference format to learn, connect, and support each other.

Our 2021 Spring Hospital Supply Chain Conference - LIVE ONLINE will be held March 16th - April 2nd.  Live Online Reverse Expo sessions will be held March 30th - April 2nd daily from 8:00am – 5:00pm (CT).

We are excited to find new ways to foster those connections and we look forward to hosting you during this online event experience.

What is required of provider attendees to attend the live online conference?

Provider attendance is on an invitation-only basis, and we evaluate each potential attendee individually before extending an invitation.

For our live online spring conference, we request Provider attendees to participate in a minimum of 2 hours of Live Online Reverse Expo sessions which can be scheduled at the times most convenient for you.  The Supply Chain Live Online Reverse Expo sessions will be held March 30th - April 2nd between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm (CT).


Is CE credit available for the live online educational sessions?

Yes it is, CE credit is automatically assigned based on views of each educational session video. After the conference, please allow 4-6 weeks for receipt of your CE certificate.

What are the dates for the Live Online Reverse Expo?

The Spring Supply Chain Live Online Reverse Expo sessions will be scheduled over four days:

  • Tuesday, March 30th
  • Wednesday, March 31st
  • Thursday, April 1st
  • Friday, April 2nd

Session times will be 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Central) each day and may be selected in one-hour blocks (i.e. from 10:00am – 11:00am on March 30th and 3:00pm – 4:00pm on April 2nd). All times are posted in Central.

 

How does the Live Online Reverse Expo work?

Our Live Online Reverse Expo will facilitate one-on-one meetings in a custom platform developed specifically to foster connections between providers and suppliers – click here for a working preview of our platform. Each registered provider will select a minimum of 2 one-hour blocks of Live Online Reverse Expo sessions (up to a maximum of 8 one-hour blocks) which can be scheduled at the times most convenient for you during the four days of Reverse Expo sessions (i.e. from 10:00am – 11:00am on March 30th and 3:00pm – 4:00pm on April 2nd).

Absolutely! The same standards of customer service apply to our live online conference as you have come to expect from our physical events. If you need assistance at any time, call 615-449-6234.
