Our 2022 Hospital Supply Chain Winter Session will be held Live Online (virtually) November 14th - November 25th. Live Online Reverse Expo sessions will be held November 14th - 18th from 8:00am – 5:00pm (Central). 

 


What is required of provider attendees to attend the live online session?

Provider attendance is on an invitation-only basis, and we evaluate each potential attendee individually before extending an invitation.

For our live online winter session, we request Provider attendees to participate in a minimum of 3 hours of Live Online Reverse Expo sessions which can be scheduled at the times most convenient for you. Four hours, which would be the equivalent to the Reverse Expo sessions at our in-person conferences, is greatly appreciated. The Reverse Expo sessions will be held November 14th - 18th between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm (CT).

What are the dates for the Live Online Reverse Expo?

The Winter Session Live Online Reverse Expo sessions will be scheduled over five days:

  • Monday, November 14th
  • Tuesday, November 15th
  • Wednesday, November 16th
  • Thursday, November 17th
  • Friday, November 18th

Session times will be 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Central) each day and may be selected in one-hour blocks (i.e. from 10:00am – 11:00am on November 14th and 3:00pm – 4:00pm on November 16th). All times are posted in Central.

 

How does the Live Online Reverse Expo work?

Our Live Online Reverse Expo will facilitate one-on-one meetings in a custom platform developed specifically to foster connections between providers and suppliers – click here for a working preview of our platform. Each registered provider will select a minimum of 3 one-hour blocks of Live Online Reverse Expo sessions (up to a maximum of 6 one-hour blocks) which can be scheduled at the times most convenient for you during the five-day Reverse Expo sessions (i.e. from 10:00am – 11:00am on November 14th and 3:00pm – 4:00pm on November 16th).
