Please book your room online to stay at the JW Marriott Indianapolis, or the connected Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. Conference events will take place at the JW as well as the convention center; both hotels connect to the convention center via skybridge (click here to see a map). Health Connect Partners group rate is $249 per night plus tax at the JW Marriott Indianapolis, and $219 per night plus tax at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown (single/double occupancy; a one night non-refundable deposit is required for each room). If you encounter difficulty with the online booking process, please contact Heather Smith, Housing Coordinator, at heather.smith@whitelodging.com. The hotel cutoff date to book your rooms at the HCP discounted rate is April 21, 2023.
