Attendance Policy

No refunds or registration “roll-overs” for other Health Connect Partners, Inc. events are permitted. Registered individuals may transfer their registration to a substitute representative from their organization in the event that the registered individual is unable to attend. Notice must be given at least 5 days prior to the event. Health Connect Partners, Inc. assumes no liability for any additional costs incurred by registrants. Health Connect Partners, Inc. reserves the right to substitute presenters and re-schedule programs due to unforeseen events, catastrophic weather, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, or any other event out of the control of Health Connect Partners, Inc.

At each conference, Health Connect Partners reserves the right to employ professional photographers and videographers to document the conference for use in our marketing materials. As a result, your likeness may at some point appear in Health Connect Partners marketing or publicity materials. For our Online Reverse Expo, meetings (including support meetings) may be recorded for quality assurance and staff training purposes only. Additionally, contact information provided during registration for a conference or a virtual roundtable event (such as First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Company, City, State, Website, email address, business phone number, etc.) may be made available to participants of the virtual roundtable or Online Reverse Expo (i.e. by appearing on the screen during your Online Reverse Expo session, being shared in post-meeting follow up emails and downloads, listed in an attendee directory, etc.). By participating in our Online Reverse Expo, you are consenting to allow that attendee to use your contact information to communicate with you – just as if you had given them your business card – in accordance with their own privacy policies.
