Lea Collins

Lea Collins, Chief Operations Officer and Partner of Health Connect Partners, oversees the logistical, technological, and administrative aspects of each HCP conference. A Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), she has been coordinating events for most of her life – beginning with a surprise party for her second grade teacher with three classes involved and the principal giving everyone an impromptu afternoon off to celebrate. In addition to meeting planning, she has a background in technical writing and project management, and spent much of her twenties working with humanitarian and nonprofit ventures, internationally and domestically. She has served on several nonprofit boards and contributes to community & nonprofit initiatives. Lea lives in Nashville with her husband Andrew. She is a voracious reader, travel enthusiast, experimental weekend cook, cold-weather hiker, and loves spoiling her 16 nieces and nephews.
