We look forward to welcoming everyone back together in New Orleans for our 2022 Spring Conferences. We will be monitoring the recommendations of local and federal authorities, and will update our safety measures as appropriate. We will update this page as we approach the event dates and more information becomes available to keep you informed. In the meantime, please consult the resources below to learn more about the health & safety measures currently in place in New Orleans.

Note: This page was last updated on March 22, 2022.

As of March 18, 2022, Orleans Parish is categorized as having LOW COVID-19 Community Level, when considering the three CDC measures together and using the thresholds listed in the chart above. Therefore, the New Orleans Health Department is revising prior guidelines, lifting requirements on COVID-19 proof of vaccination or proof a recent negative COVID test to enter certain establishments. These updated guidelines are effective as of March 21st, 2022 at 6:00 A.M.

As of March 3, the mask mandate has been lifted. There are, however, a few exceptions. Masks are required for people ages 2 and older on public transportation, and in healthcare facilities and long-term care settings.
