Once we process each provider registration, we assign the hotel reservation according to the dates submitted during the registration process. If you are attending with a full or partial scholarship, please do not call the hotel directly to make or alter your own reservation - even for additional night stays. Hotel reservations must be managed through our office.

We have pre-blocked the rooms for the number of provider attendees that will be invited. Individual hotel confirmations will be sent a few weeks prior to the start of the conference.

Travel Information

AIRFARE 
If you are approved to attend with a full scholarship, once you have registered for the conference, we will send you the contact information for our travel agent to book your airfare.  

GROUND TRANSPORTATION 
If you are approved to attend with a full scholarship, transportation will be covered between the airport and the Hyatt Regency New Orleans for all arrivals on Wednesday, May 18 and for all departures on Friday, May 20. A ground transportation schedule will be provided to you approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of the conference. If you are arriving or departing on any other days, you will be responsible for your own transportation arrangements.

Transportation will also be provided between the conference hotel and our dinner & entertainment evening on Thursday, May 19.
