Attendance Policy

No refunds or registration “roll-overs” for other Health Connect Partners, Inc. events are permitted. Registered individuals may transfer their registration to a substitute representative from their organization in the event that the registered individual is unable to attend. Notice must be given at least 5 days prior to the event. Health Connect Partners, Inc. assumes no liability for non-refundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations or additional costs incurred by registrants. Health Connect Partners, Inc. reserves the right to substitute presenters and re-schedule programs due to unforeseen events, catastrophic weather, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, or any other event out of the control of Health Connect Partners, Inc.

At each conference, Health Connect Partners reserves the right to employ professional photographers and videographers to document the conference for use in our marketing materials. As a result, your likeness may at some point appear in Health Connect Partners marketing or publicity materials. For our virtual or Online conferences, Online Reverse Expo meetings (including support meetings) may be recorded for quality assurance and staff training purposes only. Additionally, contact information provided during registration for a conference or a virtual roundtable event (such as First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Company, City, State, email address, business phone number, etc.) may be made available to participants of the virtual roundtable or Online Reverse Expo (i.e. by appearing on the screen during your Online Reverse Expo session, being shared in post-meeting follow up emails and downloads, listed in an attendee directory, etc.). By participating in our Online Reverse Expo, you are consenting to allow that attendee to use your contact information to communicate with you – just as if you had given them your business card – in accordance with their own privacy policies. Additional Opportunities

Supplier Showcase

For a limited number of supplier companies, each conference offers an additional opportunity to demo their products, services and technology for the provider executives from 12:00pm - 4:00 pm on opening day. The Supplier Showcase area is structured in mostly 10'x10' showcases (with some larger premium options available) and located adjacent to the Provider Registration area, so the Provider executives enter the showcase immediately following their onsite registration.

*  Showcases are available on a first-come, first-served basis. When purchased online, you will be asked to choose up to three location preferences. HCP staff will finalize your location, making every effort to accommodate one of your choices, and will notify you within 2 business days of your assignment. If Premium or Corner locations were paid for but not available, the difference will be refunded in full.



There are two scanner rental options available at each HCP conference: rent our app and run it on your own device, or rent one of our hardware devices with the app pre-installed.

Suppliers can log into your My HCP account to rent the scanner option that best fits your needs. Both options allow you to capture the contact details, take notes, add follow-up dates, and search your scan history. Be sure to stop by the registration desk to activate the app or pick up your hardware device.

After you register your scanner with our registration team onsite, a spreadsheet will be emailed with detailed contact information for every badge scanned: name, job title, facility, address, phone number, email address, follow-up date, and notes.

PLEASE NOTE: Scanner rentals will only apply to the registrations being purchased for the in-person conference; scanner rentals are not available for the online reverse expo.
Scanner Application Rental – User Device $399

Install the scanner application on your own device for use during the entire conference. No need to worry about returning it after the show, and no security deposit is required. Scanner application is available for iOS and Android devices. (NOTE: This option provides access to the scanner application only which will be downloaded on the user device; hardware devices must be rented separately at an additional charge.)

Scanner Application and Hardware Device Rental – HCP Device $549

Rent an HCP hardware device to run the scanner application; scanner application and hardware device are both included. This is a great option if you want multiple people from your company to be able to use the scanner without having to share your personal device. (NOTE: Hardware device rental requires $200 security deposit which will be placed as a credit card hold during the onsite checkout process to insure the hardware device. The hold will be released once the device is returned.

Scanner rentals for both application and hardware device are non-refundable.

Hardware device rentals are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be available for rental onsite; if hardware devices are sold out, application rental for use on the user’s own device will still be available.


Reverse Lead Optimization

Upon registration, your company name will be automatically included in the list of Registered Suppliers. You will also be listed in up to two categories, which you may select upon receiving registration confirmation and logging in to our website.
